WOOMC’s Destiny Kidz Ministry establishes the foundation of a R.E.A.L. (Relational, Experiential, Applicable and Learner-Based) friendship with a REAL God. It is an exciting, “small-feet” approach to keep children 16 months to 5 years of age on the move for Christ. Learning through basic biblical stories of the bible, praise, worship, visual aids, puppetry, arts and crafts and story telling. And much more.

Just as children are taught reading, writing, and arithmetic at an early age, it is also important for us to instill into them God’s word when they are in their youth. The junior church 6 years to 12 years of age church service is similar to a regular worship service, but everything is catered to the desires and needs of the young people. Through biblical teaching, praise, worship, visual aids, interactive discussions, games, puppetry, cell group connections, arts and crafts, science experiments, and Fun Sundays!  Jesus shines brightly in the Covenant Kidz who celebrates, discover and reflect in an inter active, age appropriate environment. We Love God, Embrace Others, and Touch Destiny.

Kidz Ministry endeavors to do the following:
Destiny Kidz Ministry endeavors to do the following:

  • Assist parents in the development of their children (body, mind, and spirit) through the knowledge and instruction of the Word of God.
  • Equip every child to become effective and productive in the body of Christ.
  • Teach children how to build lasting Christian relationships through cell ministry.

Adult workers recognize and take seriously the awesome task of preparing the next generation to finish The Great Commission. They guide children through the land where Jesus trained His first disciples and demonstrate how exciting life can be as a modern-day disciple of Christ.

The Destiny Kidz Krew includes children between the ages of 16 months to 12 years who meet weekly for a power-packed, energized and action-filled “Krew Time.”
